I came here polish/coating, the package I bought during purchase of my car, they do not care or check if things are done properly . I need to remind and went all the way to sales office get coating redo.

My appt was scheduled for an oil change and a recall. When I showed up they told me they couldn't do my recall because I was going to wait at the shop. These options were selected online when I scheduled it and nobody notified me in advance that it wouldn't work. This is the 2nd time I scheduled the recall and the first time was canceled becuse they didn't have parts, and again they waited until I arrived to tell me. They broke the center console cover on my brand new vehicle during an interior protection service and did not inform me. They also entered the wrong odometer reading on my carfax report (31,000 miles vs 3,100 miles)

The car was done early. No one notified me on my status of my car the car from 11 A.m. until the next morning when they says oh it's ready, you can pick it up terrible

Dom was very nice at first, but towards the end he seemed uninterested. His father was ok, again nice at first. Luis was ok, but who sells a car with only one key? We were told that the previous owner did not surrender the spare keyis that our problem? Anyways, we got a spare after much discussion. We did not notice that the windshield had some scratches arching from top to bottom. Only when we drove the car at night that it was obvious.
