They were unable to get the service done in a reasonable amount of time.
Purchased a used Forester. When I got home noticed 2 rips in the seat. Asked if they could fix. They said no because it was a as is purchase. They have lost my future business. I will not refer or recommend they to anyone.
I have never owned a Subaru
Everytime I go to this dealership my car comes back to me broken. Insanely unprofessional.

They replace my suspension bushing, three weeks later I learned they didn't put all my parts back on my car. I went to a different mechanic when my car was acting strange and driving poorly. Turns out they didn't out my shock connection back on my car. I could have had a terrible accident. Won't be back. $1500 dollars for them to almost kill me. Not cool.
Came in to replace my dead battery. I had to get a jump start to make it to them and they sent me away saying that there was no error code. Battery died again the next day which left me stranded. I had to get a new battery from an Auto shop even though the one I had from them was under warranty.
Easily one of the worst experiences ever. Salesperson took no notes, had no clue what he was doing wasted my time and the whole "game" they still do is no longer acceptable - I will never buy a car from here again .... NEVER
Well not going to be nice! The service was sup par. In fact they still didn't fix what I had ask. I still have my front left and right blinkers out. And, I ask them to change the oil and they said it was all ready done. I ask them to change it again and no was what, I got so, I will take it somewhere else. At least they fixed the breaks when I told them to check it because the rear was bad. I am not happy with them at all.

Very bad experience with this dealership. Was quoted a price three days prior, and the day before I was going to go and look at the vehicle they emailed me and told me the price it went up by $15,000. Very unprofessional. I told the salesman I wanted to talk to his manager and he gave me his manager and the manager couldn't help me he just apologized.
