The Passat was under warranty, the turbo was broken, they said that the warranty covers a new turbo. The Passat sat for 6 months and was waiting for its turbo, but they never brought it. I collected my Passat and took it to a mechanic, bought a turbo and finished the story. That VW Service is the worst service in my life, avoid it if you can . . .

Brought in for 90k service. They rotated tires and left a lug nut of one wheel. Barely gave an apology and offered no compensation for having to bring my car back in because they didn't get something right the first time. Suggest I replace one front axle. Went to another center to have it replaced. Mechanic said it didn't need to be replaced. Overall when I use this center, I feel like another number and they suggest extra services/repairs that are not necessary. I would not recommend taking your car there.

Not happy with my experience. My car is still in your shop repairing a scratch in my hood which was done by your maintenance team. Was given a rental car but not the same quality as my current car with minimum safety alerts.

I brought my car in for a standard oil change and this Subaru dealership scratched and damaged my drivers side door so badly that it had to be taken into a body shop and the door completely repainted. Now my drivers side door is noticeably a different than the rest of my car. They devalued my car, never go to this Subaru, worst car service center ever. Zero star rating
