Terrible service text me and told me everything was okay so drove all the way to the dealership and they didn't have my battery so they told me it would be in the next day but it didn't come in until the following day but had to wait until almost closing time because the person that was supposed to drop it off never showed up so they had to go to another dealership to get a battery within the last month I have been to the dealership with problems feels like somebody tampered with my vehicle

Horrible. Apparently someone didn't tighten the drain plug after my oil change. Made quite the mess in my garage. Had to have it towed back to the shop and the oil change redone.

I asked for an oil change, tire rotation, and multi-point inspection for my 2020 Forester. They inflated the bill without explicitly asking or informing me by adding a synthetic oil booster and fuel system cleaner both of which are snake oil type of things and which the manual warns about (fuel system cleaner is not needed according to manual). Pay attention to what you sign before they take your car; you might get shafted like me

The service was fine, but slow. They wouldn't honor my 24,000 mile service warranty because I was over by 300 miles so I had to pay $100 for my oil change, which I wasn't expecting.

Honestly I'm disappointed after my first service experience after purchasing a brand new car from this dealer. The initial appointment was set up by an individual who seemed every bit indifferent.
