Didn’t feel completely honest about condition of vehicle; ihas safety issues and on road

Horrible lease experience but a better one for this last purchase. If you lease, be prepared to get phone calls trying to get you to trade up, all hours of the day and night, for the entire lease

Took my car in for a routine oil change, end up with a $1000 bill. Can’t say I am real happy about that,

Expensive, poor communication with customers on status of vehicle, do not honor car battery warranty eventhough the battery indicates 84 months they only honor it for 36 months. Ridiculous. They could have at least pro-rated it.

I got a vehicle July 31st 2023 that one was defective now I’m stuck with this horrible Hyundai Santa Fe sport and I am so unhappy and I have negative equity they are not willing to work with me in trading it in I’m a single mother I deserve a vehicle that is reliable for my family and they just lied and cheated me I’m not able to get the vehicle refinanced my father is my co signer he is getting all the Credit all he did was co sign I’m making the payments and the car has one issue over another I do not recommend. Dropped off my vehicle for an oil change at 12:40pm. After waiting til 3:20pm in the waiting room I got up to find my advisor to see how long it would be. Saw my car was finished but advisor was nowhere to be found. Had to ask another person to help me. Upon pulling my paperwork it statedy vehicle was completed at 1:40pm. Waited an extra hour and a half for no reason. They link a "vehicle progress" page in a text and it was never updated. The only time it did update was when I paid and got my vehicle. Over priced. The man at the emissions center laughed when I told him what it cost to reset a drive cycle. $440 was way out of line for a problem caused by the manufacturer. To replace a key costs $428? The Honda dealership only charged $305. A locksmith can do it for $150. With these prices in mind, I had the transmission serviced for $120, your price was $249. I would not trust you to do the right thing.
