Absolutely horrible they tried to scam me into a $1000 sensor by disconnecting it and taping behind my dashboard. Never trust them again with my vehicle
My service tech Titus was awesome, did a great job. The entire dealership as a whole is absolute trash. I’ve asked to not be called by them over 20x and I still get soliciting from sales about a car I traded into them over an year ago. Get out on “no call list” happened again just a week ago.
The part I needed was ordered. I was told to make an appointment the next week to install the part. I made an appointment a couple of weeks later. Arriving on time for my appointment, I waited over an hour to hear that my car was being taken in to the technician now. About 15 minutes later they said they didn't have the part. It was on backorder and had no idea when it would come in. By the time I left, I had been there an hour and a half for nothing.
I came in for an oil change on February 3rd I believe. Brandon was my advisor as Jose Tejirino was not working. Brandon was very nice and professional explaining everything with the inspection as part of the oil change. However the technician advised work totaling over $5,000 . We brought it back to have it verified with Jose as my advisor. According to the inspection there was NOTHING that needed to be done.
Have to bring truck in three times for some issue what a joke . Try to sell you things that should have been done before the truck was even sold to us just trying to make money off of people

It just wasn’t up to the usual standard. It felt like I was getting sold, it just made me feel uncomfortable honestly. I didn’t really know what actually needed to be done to my car and what could wait.
I love our service tech, Jose Tijarino but am unhappy with the parts used in your repairs
Most costly and unnecessary service available concerning seat replacement part. Very disappointed in Platinum new vehicle service Warranty coverage. Part is a faulty cheap design. Toyota service and engineering needs an overhaul. Sorry, as I have been a Toyota owner since the late 1960’s and feel the replacement of poorly designed plastic part should not cost me 496.11 dollars or for that matter anything at all.
