I brought my car in because the turn indicators were not working. After a review I was told they couldn’t accurately test for the problem because my battery was low. So I agreed to a new battery. Then on a subsequent day I was told I also needed an alternator. The first remanufactured alternator they put in was faulty. I was told a brand new alternator was being ordered. 9 days after I initially brought my car in, the work was complete. I was then told this is also a remanufactured alternator, not a new one. I took my truck in for regular servicing. After leaving due to need new battery stopped at auto zone to have checked and replace due to warranty noticed they did not attache the battery holder, no sticker for next change and tires missing air caps. Then 3 weeks later I hears a sound and wheels wobble, I atop get out missing 3 lug nuts and two loose. I called got it in. But due to weekend they got back monday. I went to pick up my car and they told me to wait for Adam to bring my car keys. I waited over 30 minutes and I could see my car parked outside from the waiting area. The guy who helped me came up to me wondering why I was still waiting. I told him I was waiting for my car keys. He went to a little drawer and pulled them out. He took me to my car and said it was just brought over. I told him the whole time I was sitting there my car was parked there. He lied to me and didn’t apologize for the long wait.

Worst dealer ever… Not one time bad experience, more than 3 times bad experiences. BE CAREFUL , always trying to get trades so cheap, want trades for free. THEY Don’t keep deals, they said one thing, then another thing. Always offering high interest rate. My experiences there, were so bad. Once they tried to gave me $25,000 for may trades, in other dealer took $35,000 Once they tried to gave 18% APR, because my credit score, liars, I took 8.5% in other dealer. My service advisor Samuel was rude and very unprofessional. He was saying my vehicle had problems before it was inspected and hung up on me when I called for status of my vehicle. He refused to have a nail found in my tire and told me I would have to buy a new tire. Samuel said something to another customer in Spanish that make him laugh at I tried to call the front desk for a manager and was dump into a voice mail.
