Worst dealer ever… Not one time bad experience, more than 3 times bad experiences. BE CAREFUL , always trying to get trades so cheap, want trades for free. My service advisor Samuel was rude and very unprofessional. He was saying my vehicle had problems before it was inspected and hung up on me when I called for status of my vehicle. He refused to have a nail found in my tire and told me I would have to buy a new tire. Samuel said something to another customer in Spanish that make him laugh at I tried to call the front desk for a manager and was dump into a voice mail. Service advisors need to be the ones coming up with solutions not customer. Kind of defeats the purpose of having one.
My car is making a loud noise and it was not like that when I dropped it off to get its service done
Absolutely horrible they tried to scam me into a $1000 sensor by disconnecting it and taping behind my dashboard. Never trust them again with my vehicle
My service tech Titus was awesome, did a great job. The entire dealership as a whole is absolute trash. I’ve asked to not be called by them over 20x and I still get soliciting from sales about a car I traded into them over an year ago. Get out on “no call list” happened again just a week ago.

The part I needed was ordered. I was told to make an appointment the next week to install the part. I made an appointment a couple of weeks later. Arriving on time for my appointment, I waited over an hour to hear that my car was being taken in to the technician now. About 15 minutes later they said they didn't have the part. It was on backorder and had no idea when it would come in. By the time I left, I had been there an hour and a half for nothing.

I came in for an oil change on February 3rd I believe. Brandon was my advisor as Jose Tejirino was not working. Brandon was very nice and professional explaining everything with the inspection as part of the oil change. However the technician advised work totaling over $5,000 . We brought it back to have it verified with Jose as my advisor. According to the inspection there was NOTHING that needed to be done.
