Didn’t get the wheels I wanted. I asked for a leveling kit and got a lift. 3 different people all had different answers as to what wheel options I could get. Arrived at an 8am appointment, just to learn nothing was ready to install. “Service agent” was clueless as to what I was allowed to get as far as tires and wheels. Poor communication in the whole service department. Salesman was done with me as soon as I signed the contract and had minimal knowledge on the truck I bought. Bad experience to say the least.

In my previous text I asked for a summary of the charges and never received one. So I had no idea what the total would be until I picked up my car. I arrived and met with one of your coworkers located next to your desk. He told me the total was $405. I realized he charged me $565 after he picked up my car. I asked him why $565 and he mentioned a 3% fee. I said that doesn't sound right. He looked again and realized he made a mistake. That's fine. He said I should get a refund the next day. I went in and was offered 22% financing but when I went to pick up my car after waiting for it for a whole week they made me refin and then when I called them back unhappy about the scratches on the vehicle ance for 27% and acted like they didn't even care. My Highlander was in the body shop for a week and when I got it there is scratches on the hood and side of the vehicle. I'm not happy.

I had an appointment at 11 o’clock, checked in and advised to take 2 hours. 5 hours later no words received from the service, so checked with Titus personally and told the part was not in-house yet, then told they found it. I spent 7 hours waiting for my car to complete the one simple job. Totally unacceptable.

Chase my advisor was great, I came in for a battery change and service recommended $3300 of maintenance items I verified price with other national repair companies and camelback toyota was 400% higher than others, you should be ashamed

I brought my car in because the turn indicators were not working. After a review I was told they couldn’t accurately test for the problem because my battery was low. So I agreed to a new battery. Then on a subsequent day I was told I also needed an alternator. The first remanufactured alternator they put in was faulty. I was told a brand new alternator was being ordered. 9 days after I initially brought my car in, the work was complete. I was then told this is also a remanufactured alternator, not a new one. This dealership has no concept of communication with the customer! They don't even care to answer messages. BAD SERVICE

I took my truck in for regular servicing. After leaving due to need new battery stopped at auto zone to have checked and replace due to warranty noticed they did not attache the battery holder, no sticker for next change and tires missing air caps. Then 3 weeks later I hears a sound and wheels wobble, I atop get out missing 3 lug nuts and two loose. I called got it in. But due to weekend they got back monday. I went to pick up my car and they told me to wait for Adam to bring my car keys. I waited over 30 minutes and I could see my car parked outside from the waiting area. The guy who helped me came up to me wondering why I was still waiting. I told him I was waiting for my car keys. He went to a little drawer and pulled them out. He took me to my car and said it was just brought over. I told him the whole time I was sitting there my car was parked there. He lied to me and didn’t apologize for the long wait.
