Have to bring truck in three times for some issue what a joke . Try to sell you things that should have been done before the truck was even sold to us just trying to make money off of people

It just wasn’t up to the usual standard. It felt like I was getting sold, it just made me feel uncomfortable honestly. I didn’t really know what actually needed to be done to my car and what could wait.

Most costly and unnecessary service available concerning seat replacement part. Very disappointed in Platinum new vehicle service Warranty coverage. Part is a faulty cheap design. Toyota service and engineering needs an overhaul. Sorry, as I have been a Toyota owner since the late 1960’s and feel the replacement of poorly designed plastic part should not cost me 496.11 dollars or for that matter anything at all.

Non attentive waited till almost 2:30 when truck was completed @11:30. Visted desk several times no one there.

Poor service and workmanship. Work not performed correctly. Calls not returned and management won’t respond.

I think the scare tactics you use to try and frighten people into doing unnecessary service work is criminal. The astronomical prices you charge for simple services is outrageous. Tell me how 4.4 quarts of oil and a filter, all of which you buy in bulk, is a bargain at $79. Changing an air filter is $49? Again, you buy in bulk and removing 3 clips and swapping out the filters must take at least 6 minutes. I could go on, but I’m not being heard in the first place. Good price, promised items we had to pay for. Took 2 months to get the wrong item. Sad after the sell NO follow through. If you buy here do not expect any follow through. Sean Neel was our sales person, his follow up was me calling back days later when he said that he would get back to me soon as possible.
