My experiences with the dealership have always been great. Any questions I have they take the time to explain everything. It is the only place I go to for car repairs.
Overall good. Couple instances with Joe where I needed to remind me I was his only priority in this very expensive and emotional purchase Cheyenne in finance was overall pretty good. But could be standofish and not listen to my requests not to pursue any add on purchases

No pressure, professional throughout the whole buying experience. We will not go to a different dealership, they have a customer for life.
They werent able to complete the services I scheduled even tho they had the car from 8:50am-5:45pm. I live 70 miles from the dealership. 140 miles round trip. And they didnt offer anything as compensation for not completing services they agreed to complete at drop off. They lied to me about why they couldn't complete them stating that they had to work on the warranty. But warranty and service are 2 separate departments and they could have detailed it while they were on the phone working on the other part. Only the oil change... read more
