BUYER BEWARE!!! If you are a Latin Consumer, do not go in there with ANY of your dollars. Rodrigo, the Latín sales associate, is waiting to prey on you....then doesn't show up when it's time for the deal to close or fold. My husband (Mexican) had a HORRIBLE experience, that took place over these last two weeks. I would give negative 100 stars if possible. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS THERE.

DO NOT give this service department or dealership any of your hard earned money. I brought my 2013 Jetta Hybrid here with 85K miles on it because the Hybrid error and check engine lights came on. I asked them to figure out what the problem was. They took 3 days to look at...they determined I needed a new transmission which would cost me +8k! A salesman called me to tell they could get me into a brand new Jetta instead. I was beyond unhappy. I found a recall on the VW website for the exact same problem my hybrid was having b... read more

Service department is horrible. Made an appointment, dropped my car off and was told around 2 hours and it would be done. After 3 hours never heard from the dealership so I called. When I called I found out that it would be another hour. After that hour had passed I went back to the dealership to yet again find out my car was not ready. 5 1/2 hours later I got my car back and thought I was done. This looks like a real dealership from the outside but it's really a fly-by-night used car lot with shady salesmen. Went to look at a car after discussing it with them, and they tried to sell me a completely different car. Later apologized and said they "found" the car but needed to detail it, and begged me for another chance. I waited a few days until the car was ready, then they told me they sold it to someone else! I'm rating the Restrooms at this location, I think of Volkswagen as an upper class car but the Restrooms at this facility looks like Barnyard Hillbilly Restrooms. Wood dividers make shift wood handles. Low Budget down right ugly. Makes you feel like ok buy our cars but here how we feel about you afterwards. Not even a bottle of water given to you upon arrival, at least Yuma Ford gives you that much, even if your not buying. I also felt rushed, nothing personal, like don't bother me. This place sucks because of the people who work here, not the company. I was looking for a beetle convertible and went here and the total cost was 30k plus my trade in but the MSRP is 25k. The salesman Donovan, was nice but somewhat pushy. I think all the salesmen are trained to get people to buy the same day no matter what. I put down a $500 refundable deposit and I requested it the next day but it took over a week to get it back after contacting them multiple times. I contacted them about a car and they called me. Second time they called I explained we weren't interested in the car anymore. Third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth time I asked them to please stop calling me because we weren't interested. How hard is it to take someone off your list? STOP CALLING ME. I had the most horrible experience at this dealership. After spending 5 hours of hot air telling me we had a deal and me signing all the paperwork and me taking the car home and everything. And then a couple days later calling me telling me we don't have a deal. Was the most annoying thing ever. I never heard of a car dealership do this. Usually they work it all out for you before taking the car home. Plus they ran my credit like 15 times!!!
