There were blood stains behind the curtain that I did not find until the day I was leaving. I can only imagine what else in the room they did not clean or skipped procedures.
There are only 2 elevators and they are used by housekeeping. Waiting 10 minutes for an elevator is ridiculous. Multiple times. I used the stairs. Management needs to do something.
As i was showering upon my arrival, the shower rod had a sharp point and i cut my finger. Despite the fact i complained they only came and "fix" the issue. They never asked me if i was ok or not.
