Did not like this property at all. One out of two elevators were broken our entire stay..The room was not clean and really run-down. The toilet constantly ran; poor windows so we heard all of the street traffic; no room service so you have to request fresh towels; the tub wasn’t useable as the drain did not hold. Lotions were very good. Free tea and coffee but we didn’t use it.
Great staff, great location. Only one working elevator.
I would not put my dog in this place. We got there and the first thing they told us that our room was on the 32nd floor which was the last floor. Great I thought no noise from above. The thing they did not mention was out of the two elevators only one worked. Which meant on an average we waited 20 minutes each time we used the elevator. Theyadvertisement of a full kitchen is a fake ! Don’t get fooled with the picture, just hope that they are working. The room that we got neither the stovetop nor the microwave are working. At that time we just came back from our hectic tour and all we want is to eat our left over soup and call it a night. We asked the front desk if they can send somebody to check the microwave. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!! The rooms are FILTHY. Bring sandals. The electric doesn't work. The room SMELLED so badly of mold. My bathroom towels never dried. There were stains all over the curtains and chairs. The curtains fell out of the track and light came in at night. And more. I spoke to front desk staff 3 times and nothing was done. Great amenities with free water, coffee and tea in the lobby. Room was clean. Small elevator that fills quickly, so it is tough to catch. Elevator almost broke with us in it (it stalled between floors). The first room they gave us was locked from the inside and delayed us getting into a room for 30 minutes. Location was good, close to Times Square. TV quality could have been better. Morning staff was super friendly and held our luggage until we departed at night. Overall it was a weird experience.
Property has only 2 elevators for its 30 odd levels and one elevator was out of service forcing everyone to wait up to 20 minutes to hitch a ride to and from your room. Staff ignore simple requests for extra towels to be sent to your room, forcing you to call them several times to remind them. And when they do arrive with the towels, it’s usually a long time later. Not a convenient stay.
