Worst company ever busy at work and ignored the call they literally kept calling and calling back for 15 minutes. Don't do business with the company they really don't know the word NO!
I purchased a warranty the other day because they said that they would cover a vehicle with a branded title, and that if I took it to a shop for something it would be covered/claim paid. READ THIS FIRST! IF I COULD LEAVE 0 STARS I WOULD! I purchased the Premium plan for my 2008 Cadillac Escalade in December 2019. The vehicle ran great and I was very happy with it but purchased the warranty for piece of mind. In February of 2020 I started my truck and a light came on that said "Oil Pressure Low Turn Off Engine." Anything that tells you that you need to turn off your car immediately should freak you out! I called to get a quote on my new car and I dealt with a very pushy salesman. I told him I just wanted a quote, background on the company, to go over their plans, and then to call a few other places to compare. He proceeded to call me stupid and dumb for doing that because the other companies I was looking into didn't have good ratings. I told him I really just called for a quote and that's all. CLAIM 1: Disohnesty, intentional representation, Retaliation against customer for raising warranty concerns, disconnecting the customer from the ability to reach the office on a business day in retaliation for complaints. I have received noting but problems every time I need to use my warranty last time I had to pay over 800 dollars out of pocket. This time they don't want to cover the nuts and bolts attached to the suspension parts or the alignment which is part of changing your control arms so now I have to pay 135 dollars for the hardware required to change my control arms and 260 for a alignment which is a requirement to change a control arm my number is I live in CT and I will be calling the state of CT insurance commissioner I paid 6500... read more
Dishonest company. If there was a zero star rating I would put zero. The third party company treats you like trash and the sales team will tell you certain parts are covered when they in fact won't. Asked for my money back but. It sure I'll see anything from this company as they're dishonest anyways.

Everything sounded great until the price! They started out with $217 a month for 5yr/125000 mile bumper to bumper! Couldnt afford that, so they sent me to the "finance manager" Dan I believe! He went on and on about how crazy I'd be to pass up his offers, price went to $148, then $111 a month with 6yr/125000 mile warranty!
