What You’ll Do:

We’re looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to join our world class Sales Enablement team.


Responsibilities

  • Develop programs, create content and deliver content to sales teams
  • Increase productivity of sales teams via optimization of sales skills, enablement tools and workshops
  • Oversee the coordination and continuous improvement of our current training programs through surveys, interviews, or focus groups
  • Work closely with members of the Sales and People Operations Teams to test and measure the impact our training programs have
  • Stay on top of the latest trends, techniques, and tools in the learning and development space
  • Align with the various departments that the Sales Enablement team supports to identify and address learning interventions in innovative ways

requirements

  • Passion for developing and coaching others.
  • Impeccable organization skills and experience managing multiple deadlines with quick turnarounds.
  • You are an excellent problem-solver. You like to work through puzzles and challenges and enjoy rolling up your sleeves to get stuff done.
  • Experience in a sales role and a proven track record of success
  • Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills
  • Previous experience collaborating with highly driven sales teams and a solid understanding of sales cycles and sales pipeline development
  • Background in developing content and training resources designed specifically for high performing sales teams ( experience in instructional design a plus! )
  • Ability to write clear instructional text for use in training materials
