What You'll Do

The role is to shape product experiences by creating useful, meaningful text that helps users through our web and mobile app, making them smile in the process. You will help shape the overall customer experience and be an integral part of the product design team laying out the content strategy. You help shape the vision for content and drive product narratives across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the end-to-end design process and collaborate with designers, product managers, developers to craft solutions that are strategically sound
  • Craft copy that enhances and elevates our customer experiences across app and web
  • You understand that content is a significant part of the customer experience, and work closely with design to ensure that text and visuals achieve perfect harmony
  • Create a playbook for product copy
  • Create a range of content for interaction flows, emails, product tours, and style guides
  • Incorporate data from usability testing into your copy

requirements

  • At least 4-5 years of experience as a UX Writer or similar role in an agency or in-house setting
  • Must be proficient in English with exceptional copywriting skills
  • A portfolio of relevant work samples with a UX focus; includes problems you helped solve for, your contributions, and impact to the customers
  • An understanding of product design and how that relates to business strategy
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Language improvements over time in assigned Projects
  • Handle assignments with minimal to zero intervention
  • Enthusiasm - Proactively collaborate with designers and product owners involving and soaking yourselves in the product
  • Customers Connection - Actively seeking feedback from customers, distilling it and ensuring it is addressed
  • Contribute to key design initiatives
