What You'll Do:

Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing, you’ll be responsible for leading Birdeye’s search engine marketing strategies and tactics. You’ll work with Google AdWords, Facebook and other channels to drive cost-effective top-of-the-funnel leads that convert to opportunities and closed/won deals.

Reports To: Director of Digital Marketing


  • Leads the testing, deployment and optimization of Birdeye’s SEM advertising tactics
  • Leads the deployment of Birdeye’s ad retargeting strategies and tactics, ensuring that engaged customers convert to leads
  • Reports out to leadership on SEM performance with detailed analysis
  • Works with marketing leadership to spend SEM budget responsibly and within CPL and performance targets
  • Collaborates with all different functions, both in marketing and outside of it, to create effective marketing campaigns that drive leads, opportunities and deals


  • 3-4 years previous experience building and executing a search engine marketing strategy and related duties
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Expert understanding of the SEM and programmatic advertising landscape
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • "Can-do" approach to a wide and rapidly changing workload
  • Flexibility and willingness to work on a broad variety of tasks
