What You'll Do:

Birdeye is looking for a driven Revenue Operations Specialist to support our rapidly growing Go To Market organization and play a key role in driving initiatives that will help Birdeye accelerate sales revenue and efficiency, as well as guiding company strategy with metrics, infrastructure, business processes and best practices. The specialist will be focused on sales operations, and will be responsible for overall territory management, account ownership and contract management for the sales organization to help drive key business decisions. The role reports to the Senior Manager of Revenue Operations with regular exposure to the Head of Revenue Operations and other key members of the leadership team. The ideal candidate is someone who has a strong desire to identify problems and use data to find actionable solutions. They are self motivated, organized, and can work comfortably in a fast paced and an ever changing environment.


  • Become an expert in our tech stack, reporting tools, sales teams, and processes
  • Provide day-to-day support for Birdeye’s rapidly growing sales teams
  • Partner with sales leadership to ensure our sales teams are supported and successful
  • Leverage various types of data (sales, marketing, customer, etc.) and follow analytical best practices to deliver accurate, timely, and unbiased view of performance
  • Own and optimize territory/account management, segment capacity planning, quota/target setting and tracking, account management projects and other miscellaneous
  • Partner with various functional teams in responding to questions on data and salesforce reporting, key business metrics, preparing ad-hoc analyses, pulling supporting data, etc.
  • Develop and maintain data models to analyze key business decisions
  • Work across a mix of proactive strategic projects and ad hoc support for business stakeholders in Marketing & Sales
  • Prepare analysis and presentations to board members and executive staff


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or Business Operations, preferably in SaaS/Technology industry
  • Highly Proficiency in the sales technology platforms: Salesforce, SalesLoft, Highspot, Chorus, etc.
  • High proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Strong analytical mindset with documented ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights
  • Effective communicator who can speak with both technical and non-technical audience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Documented ability to drive cross-functional collaboration to solve problems or implement new processes
  • Energy, Intellectual curiosity and a positive, “roll up your sleeves” mentality
  • Flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities and manage multiple initiatives at once - we are a startup and growing fast
