What You'll Do

Birdeye, a next-generation customer experience platform that reimagines how customer feedback is used to acquire and retain connected customers, is looking for a high-octane, seasoned leader with competitive drive to build, manage and operate a best in class team of BDRs. As a BDR Manager, you will drive the company's high growth numbers and play an integral role in the success of the sales organization. 



  • Hire, train and manage a team of India-based Business Development Reps (BDRs) who are focused on cold-calling and setting meetings for US-based Account Executives that will drive successful business
  • Drive strategy and vision for the team in support of sales goals and create a scalable infrastructure to support our high growth
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing and US-Based BDR teams to establish outbound strategy
  • Work closely with Sales Operations to establish, enforce, and improve team efficiency, effectiveness, and reporting


  •  BA/BS degree required
  • Experience prospecting and leading a team who prospects into medium and large size businesses in the US.
  • 3+ years of success building, leading, and managing a team of BDRs, or inside sales professionals in a B2B technology company selling into US markets.
  • Proven abilities to think strategically and influence cross-functionally to drive results
  • A deep level of experience in sales development best practices and developing, coaching, and scaling sales development teams
  • An outstanding history of leadership, strategy and analysis
  • A track record thriving in a fast moving, entrepreneurial and self-starting environment that leverages creativity and insight
  • Outstanding organization and time management skills
  • High degree of business acumen
  • High attention to detail while being able to multitask
