What You'll Do


Reporting to the VP of Demand Generation, you will play a pivotal role in our marketing team, focusing on field marketing and demand generation. Your responsibilities will include: Field Marketing:



Responsibilities


Field Marketing:

  • Strategy Development: Develop and execute regional field marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate high-quality leads that convert to pipeline and ACV.
  • Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and manage regional events, trade shows, and conferences to drive engagement, generate leads and drive ACV.
  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to create and deliver localized marketing campaigns and materials that align with sales objectives.


 

Demand Generation:

  • Campaign Creation: Design and implement comprehensive demand generation programs, including email marketing, content marketing, and digital campaigns.
  • Targeted Marketing: Develop and execute targeted ABM marketing campaigns to engage specific customer segments and industries, driving lead generation, pipeline and ACV. 
  • Analytics: Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to enhance future campaigns and overall marketing strategy.


Collaboration and Leadership:

  • Sales Alignment: Ensure close alignment with the sales team to maintain consistent lead flow, lead quality and strong market to message match. 
  • Demand Generation Partners: Work with global demand generation teams including Paid Acquisition, SEO and Content to produce high quality relevant marketing campaigns that move the needle. 
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including PMM, sales, and business intelligence, to ensure comprehensive marketing strategies backed by analytics. 

requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on field marketing and demand generation.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, and lead generation strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in managing marketing events, budgets and resources.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, both independently and as part of a team.


 

Experience in the reputation management and customer experience management industry. Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., Marketo and , Salesforce). Strong project management skills.
