What You'll Do

At Birdeye, one of our core competitive advantages is the range of comprehensive solutions we offer for businesses to ace their customer experience journey. We're building a product growth engine to put these products in the hands of as many businesses as possible. As our Product-led Growth Manager, you'll build this machine from the ground up.

We’re looking for a creative and analytical hustler, who is energized by challenges. You will own cross sell campaigns to drive sales, and will work closely with Product, Success, and Marketing teams to hit revenue goals. You will use customer data to understand, and then iterate experiences within a customers’ lifecycle to drive new product acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end execution and optimization of core product-led initiatives in order to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build a scalable framework for cross sell and upsell -- collaborate cross functionally with engineering, marketing, customer success and design, to ensure smooth execution.
  • Measure effectiveness of PLG initiatives and incorporate qualitative and quantitative insights into a test and learn methodology.
  • Collaborate with Success & Onboarding teams to strategize and create customized user journeys to increase LTV -- encouraging customers to try, learn, and engage with the product based on their specific business needs.

requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in growth (B2B SaaS preferred).
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills -- ease of working with others and navigating various goals and priorities to get the job done.
  • Detail oriented and desire to solve interesting problems with intuition and data.
  • Experience with product analytics (Google Analytics, Pendo) and other A/B testing platforms.
  • A mindset centered around growth marketing and optimization with demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and intellectual curiosity.
  • High bias to speed and execution, and ready to do what it takes to help the company hit its product growth goals.
  • Pros: Experience working with product teams or UX teams to drive adoption or product usage
  • Pros: Thrives with little structure & guidance, and proven ability to drive strategy and execution in ambiguous environments.
