What You'll Do:Reporting to the VP of Sales Enablement , the Sales Enablement Manager – Sales Excellence will be responsible for assisting in the creation and delivery of sales training programs, from onboarding, through ongoing skills development, product training, coaching and certification.The ideal candidate will have direct experience working in sales enablement and/or SaaS sales, have a deep understanding of how adults learn and what sellers need to succeed. This person will be focused on understanding current trends on across the sales team, and responsible for delivering training programs and 1:1 coaching to influence seller behavior and drive key performance indicators. This person will be asked to help manage the content management and learning management systems, as well as collaborate with team members and Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) across the business. This person is able to effectively present relevant sales trainings both in on-demand and in-person situations. We’re looking for a team-player to further Birdeye’s sales enablement team goals.
