You will be responsible for positioning and messaging of certain products in the Birdeye product portfolio. You will apply the messaging to key assets that educate prospects and enable sales, increase awareness and adoption, and shorten the sales cycle.

You will work with customers, sales, product management, marketing, and customer support, spread across India and North American time zones. You need to be equipped with deep market research skills, customer interviewing experience, gathering competitive intelligence, and develop deep product knowledge. You have the ability to create compelling presentations, produce engaging and flawless copy for promoting the Birdeye value prop, and the ability to monitor and improve product adoption metrics.

requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in product marketing in B2B SaaS
  • Strong writing background is a must
  • Excellent oral communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to identify trends and opportunities
  • Ability to learn new tech products quickly and a curiosity to dive deep into it
  • Marketing or Communications or MBA degree
  • Quickly understand the customer value proposition and communicate that in layman’s terms on seeing product designs and demos
  • Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced, growth environment


Responsibilities

  • Translate product features into compelling customer-centric product positioning and messaging
  • Create and maintain winning sales collateral with benefit centric-pitch decks, brochures, ROI calculators, product videos, and train sales on how best to use it
  • Craft customer-centric messages across marketing and sales assets such as webpages, emails, landing pages, demo scripts and the like
  • Monitor and drive adoption of the product and features across the customer base
  • Improve win rates with feature comparison grids, sales battlecards, and showcase competitive win stories
  • Collaborate closely with product management, sales, marketing, design, and customer support to identify and execute high-impact revenue initiatives
  • Support demand generation and the larger marketing efforts with product-specific content and direction
