What You'll Do:

Reporting to the Director of Customer Marketing, you’ll be responsible for orchestrating, executing, measuring and optimizing programs that drive revenue growth in existing customer accounts. We’re looking for an experienced professional to help build a robust pipeline of expansion opportunities for the sales and customer success teams.

You’ll build stronger relationships with customers through engaging customer campaigns. You’ll need to collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute on a marketing strategy aligned with Birdeye’s strategic priorities, pipeline goals and other marketing KPIs.

Reports To: Director of Customer Marketing


  • Support the customer journey and ensure campaign/program strategy, content, channels and targeting are aligned to drive deeper engagement, increased retention and revenue growth of Birdeye’s customers.
  • Works closely with our customer success and marketing teams to identify, develop and deliver customer programs that drive customer adoption/growth,, cross-sell/upsell and subsequent renewal
  • Create product usage videos for current customer base to lessen the load on customer success teams
  • Create 2-pagers and step-by-step guides for key products, features and use cases
  • Maintain the Customer Email Marketing calendar
  • Lead Birdeye’s customer referrals program, designed to increase and track referrals from Birdeye’s existing customers to bring in new ones
  • Create, edit and launch numerous customer email campaigns, including monthly customer newsletters
  • Audit current customer communications within existing tools and teams and identify areas of improvement
  • Work cross-functionally to prioritize customer asset requests
  • Provide editorial support for customer-facing documentation and other content written by others
  • Engage with core team members and customer-facing representatives to ensure consistent messaging with customer interactions
  • Measure and report to ensure learnings are consistently applied.
  • Other projects supporting the Customer Success and Marketing teams as needed.


  • 3-4 years previous experience building and executing a customer marketing strategy and related duties.
  • Strong writing skills.
  • 2-3 years of experience writing case studies, blog articles, and other customer-facing collateral
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • "Can-do" approach to a wide and rapidly changing workload
  • Flexibility and willingness to work on a broad variety of tasks
