What You'll Do

You will be responsible for positioning and messaging of key products in our product portfolio. You will apply the messaging to key assets that educate prospects and enable sales, helping create awareness around a new category and shorten the sales cycle.

You will work with customers, sales, product management, and marketing teams spread across India and North American time zones. You need to be equipped with deep market research skills, customer interviewing experience, gathering customer insights and pain points, gathering competitive intelligence, hands-on and deep product knowledge. You have the ability to create compelling presentations, produce engaging and flawless copy for promoting the value prop, benefits and key capabilities of the Experience Marketing platform.


  • Study the market and company products and come up with product positioning and messaging
  • Understand and follow trends in the marketing technology market
  • Translate features into benefits for the end user
  • Craft compelling messages across marketing channels bet it webpages, emails, landing pages...
  • Keep track of competitive features and differentiators and publish periodic competitive news alerts centered around product features
  • Collaborate closely with product management, sales, marketing, design, and engineering to identify and execute high-impact revenue initiatives
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create accurate and engaging content


  • 3-5 years of experience in product marketing
  • Background in a writing background is a plus
  • Experience in B2B enterprise SaaS
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to write flawless copy
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Ability to learn new tech products quickly and a curiosity to dive deep into it
  • Marketing or Communications degree
  • Quickly understand the customer value proposition on seeing product designs and demos
  • Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced, growth environment
  • Experience in communicating directly with C-Staff with thorough business plans and strategies
  • Familiarity with various marketing tools, Google Analytics, Excel and understanding of SEO will be an asset
  • You have unrelenting curiosity and have more questions than answers
