What You'll Do

  • Work Timings: Flexible (between 9 am till 10 pm IST) based on the positions being managed and the timings of the teams being hired for. This is Not a Night Shift.

Birdeye is searching for a top-notch Senior Recruiter to be a part of our small yet powerful team helping fuel the talent requirements of our Hyper Growth organization. You must truly enjoy a start-up environment where we move fast, adjust the organization as needed, and be adaptable to change.

As the Senior Recruiter, you will gain exposure to all facets of Tech and Non-Tech recruiting for India and will have the opportunity to become an expert in attracting the best talent. We’re looking for a smart, self-motivated and coachable team player who loves to learn!

Responsibilities

  • Recruiting and supporting multiple pipelines across teams with a primary focus on hiring for our technology organization
  • Source and recruit talent in a competitive market; meet strategic hiring goals
  • Work with the hiring managers to understand new requirements, help draft the JDs and define the interview process for specific positions
  • Manage Job Postings on various job boards plus maintaining the company’s careers page on our website (through Workable)
  • Providing Comp insights based on current market trends
  • Being the bridge between the candidate and Hiring Managers to ensure a smooth and great experience for all

requirements

  • 8+ years of Recruiting experience in a full cycle recruiting role in a technology start-up or mid/larger organization, with a strong emphasis in technology recruiting
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Masters in HR or related disciplines will be a plus
  • Experience in managing high volume as well as niche hiring
  • Experience recruiting for Junior and Mid-level Technology positions for Frontend, Backend, QA and DevOps teams
  • Strong internet recruiting, social networking and database searching skills required
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system is required; experience with Workable is strongly preferred
  • Experience recruiting through Campuses as well as working with Consultants
  • Well versed with job boards like LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster etc.
  • Previous experience in SaaS start-ups preferred
  • Candidates must possess top notch interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication
  • Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability, and tolerance of ambiguity
  • Awareness of and sensitivity to influence and work successfully with diverse groups of people including senior leaders
  • Natural curiosity and a willingness to learn
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Goal driven and self-motivated
