EXCELLENT care, as always has been for our cats and dogs, since our first visit in 2003. Today we met Dr Newman, the second Dr Newman (daughter of dad Dr Newman) whom we had met in 2003. We are so glad to learn that she is carrying on the tradition of excellent care by a Dr Newman. FIVE stars!!

Super sweet staff and helpful! Got my little hammy checked out here and Emily was super duper nice and so was Dr. Garcia. Can't speak on other procedures or services since all I got done for him was a physical exam to make sure he was okay, but they did refer me to an exotic pet specialist. Hamtaro says thank you!

Dr. Sampliner, Dr. Garcia, and the rest of the staff here are very kind and amazing. This is the first time Ive owned a dog myself and I call often with questions that they are more than happy to answer! I also email Dr. Sampliner/ Garcia and they are always responds with very helpful information and if she has suggestions for me to bring him in or to wait and keep an eye. I absolutely positively have to give 5 stars to Dr. Brooks. I have a 10 year old German Shepherd, Kami. Her and I have lived in 4 different states together so you can imagine she's had a ton of vets. Dr. Brooks is by far the best doctor her or my other baby Jindo have ever been seen by. She always walked me through all the options in a way that respected my budget but made me understand pros and cons of each way forward of care. I couldn't be happier with the service here. The vets, the techs, and the front desk folks are all amazing! Here's a good example of why I'll never use any other vet - I take my dog here for routine visits and immunizations but went there recently when his separation anxiety became more of an issue than in the past. Amazing none judgemental staff who genuinely like animals and understand pet owners have different choices. I first came here for a kitten I was fostering who had a pneumonia. Then I came for my first dog who had an infection after her spay surgery. The staff worked with me closely to her recover. Now I am bringing my new puppy here. I appreciate Dr. Brooks being pleasant and offering different perspectives and explain the tradeoff of vaccines or neutering/spaying.

We've brought our pets here for years, and have generally been very pleased with the staff and the care. However, the last few times I've been here, I've been made to wait far too long for them to be seen--often 45 minutes to an hour after their scheduled appointments. That's just too long, and has me re-thinking our affiliation.
