I came here from a friend's recommendation and I'm glad I did! I'm a new cat mama so this is my first time ever having to work directly with a vet. I can't comment on pricing competitiveness, but I've been very pleased so far with the service! I took my kitty in for her initial check-up after adoption, which is actually a complimentary visit. I have nothing but great things to say about everyone at the Arlington location of the Caring Hands Animal Hospital. My cat came in for her yearly vaccinations and to get a microchip. As soon as we got there they immediately let us go into a quiet room where they brought any paperwork to us before we saw the vet. I really appreciated it because it helped keep her calm. I've been going to Caring Hands for many years now and they are far and away the best vets in the area. There are so many positives but I'll attempt to list them all: - Friendly, knowledgable staff - Great vets who take the time to get to know your pet (and you) and seem to genuinely like animals..and their sometimes annoying owners, seems intuitive but not so! - Office hours 7 days a week and day of emergency appointments if needed - Bright, clean, nicely renovated offices with multiple exam rooms - On site testing ... read more

Although my puppy was extremely nervous, this animal hospital is so welcoming and vet and staff are so friendly. First visit and they took the time to call my previous vet from another state and get my puppy's records. Big smiles when I saw my puppy's name on the board.

I had a more than pleasurable experience here at the Arlington location of Caring Hands Animal Hospital. I wasn't at all a bit surprised considering I did extensive research on Loxli's (my cat who is almost 7) new vet before settling here. The reviews speak the truth. They offer competitive rates for the area and offer grade A+ service to their clients. I made out like a bandit with her visit. In all I paid $105 plus some change for 2 shots and an examination. Took my 85 lbs aging boxer there yesterday and fell in love with the practice, everyone from the people that check you in to the techs and the vet Dr Cogliano were amazing. They know there stuff and now I will be bringing my 2 cats as well from another veterinarian. Just wanted to say how grateful me and my better half are to everyone at caring hands.

I am quite happy with my experience. I took my Jack Russell here for awhile and when I recently got a new puppy, I attempted to change vets as a result of a more convenient location. Huge mistake! I ended up coming back, and I am so happy I did. The staff is incredibly polite and professional. The wait times are minor, and the service I receive is outstanding.

The wait can be a bit long here and the front desk staff seem to always be really busy, but they're very professional and helpful. The vet and vet techs are great about answering questions, offering advice and giving me a heads up on things that I need to keep an eye on. Every vet tech and vet I've met with has been great with my dog and very professional.

The staff at this location (the only location I have been to, mind you) are consistently attentive, friendly, professional, and convey true care. The vet and vet techs are always so professional and know what they are doing, and my puppy has never been afraid or hesitant to be there (despite being poked and prodded)!
