We came to see Dr. Brian Neumann when our cat was having behavioral issues. Dr. Neumann took the time to really get to understand our situation and he was so patient and gentle with our cat, CC. He is a vet that truly is compassionate about all animals! Dr. Neumann was able to identify the cause of our cats problem almost instantaneously. He prescribed her an allergy medicine and gave her a shot and her problems ceased to exist within days! I have been a Caring Hands client for many years (9) - at both the Bristow and Ashburn locations, driving 45 minutes each way because the care was that good and because CH has helped me out with many tough cases with my cats; especially my one cat who is diabetic, hyperthyroid and has irritable bowel or stomach cancer for the last 6 or so years. This place is amazing! We've taken our dog here for over five years. They have wonderful facilities and staff, but they also have great customer service. They call to remind you of your appt and then do a follow up call to see how your pet is feeling the day after. Our dog HATES going to the doctor, but they handle her discomfort beautifully and help me feel better about it. I highly recommend:)

As most of you out there, I am assuming, that your pet is like a valued member of your family. 2 years ago my dog Pugsley underwent a major surgery and he hasn't been the same since. His surgery was done at Pender Veterinary Hospital, & I only tell you this so you can stay as far away from them as possible. I searched a long time for a vet I trusted and have finally found that at Caring Hands. Dr. Robinson has taken great care of my cat and he and the staff have been available whenever I have had a pet emergency. They go above and beyond for their patients.

They have always taken good care if my puppy. The docs are very friendly and thorough. Ensuring that they have covered all possibilities of her ailment. My puppy is always wagging her tail before and after her appointment.

We have been using this location for the last two years and was really happy with the experience I have had until recently! It seems that whenever you go into the office for a concern or something minor the vets are suggesting extreme courses of treatment that seem to be excessive. My one dog struggles with anxiety and the vet recommends the dog see a shrink essentially, seriously? Nothing is as stressful as a sick child or a sick pet- or a pet who is like a child. Dr. Robinson put me at ease immediately by listening to my concerns and explaining everything to me. I went in for a follow up the next week and still the same great feeling that they care about my pet as much as me.
