We've been taking our husky and kitty to Caring Hands since 2013. We are very grateful to Dr. Robinson for continually providing awesome and detailed care to both of our babies, Molly and Leo. Our kitty is the perfect patient, but it takes an understanding approach to treat a husky. Dr. Robinson is incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful and thorough. Early last year pre-COVID my wife and I decided to leave the veterinary practice where our senior cat Molly was a patient because we felt we needed a more calming, nurturing environment, both for her and for us. After researching a few vets around my home, we chose Caring Hands based on their hours (super bonus for Sunday hours!) and friendliness of the front staff in answering my initial questions. I take my kitten to see Dr. Milano and my puppy to see Dr. Thornton. We are so pleased with the care that they receive. They aren't ever sad or depressed when they come home from the vet and I know that Caring Hands has extra protocols for handling animals. We got a last minute appointment for our pup who ended up having a double ear infection. The doctor was so kind and patient with explaining how to use the meds with her and what to look out for. Very COVID friendly and great front staff!

Staff have worked out all Civid-Related issues. The visit went smoothly and the wait was minimal. Our cat, Molly is doing well without any reaction tot eh rabies shot. Staff did her nails, which we meant to request, before we could ask them.

I've been to Carings Hands twice now for my new puppy and they have been AMAZING both times. In addition, I have called them numerous times to talk about my dog's poop -- never in my life did I think I would spend this much time worrying about or talking about poop. The staff -- and especially Dr. Milano -- have all been wonderful. I'm not sure how the cost compares to other animal hospitals, but I feel really comfortable coming to this location to have my little man taken care of. The wonderful folks at Caring Hands Arlington have proved time and time again that they give the highest quality care. Our older dog has been going here for 6 years now, for everything from routine care to removal of a cancerous growth just two weeks ago. Update: I've now had three appointments at this office. They are taking all Possible Covid-19 precautions and I felt safe while dropping my pup off for his check up. I had a few follow-up questions after my appointment regarding my invoice and the customer service team was extremely professional and kind. I continue to recommend this facility and commend their staff for their expertise and professionalism.

I cannot possibly put into words how much I love and appreciate every person we've ever met at Caring Hands. Dr. Dennehy is unbelievably patient with our dog, Hazel. We've had Hazel (a shepherd/hound mix), a rescue, for a little over four months. We don't know anything about her history, but some wear on her joints tells us her past may not have been so great.
