Absolutely wonderful! I made an appointment based on my mom's recommendation and was very happy from the beginning. All staff members are kind and helpful and clearly love their jobs. They give free homemade catnip balls and bandanas with a relaxing scent to ease nervous pets. Making an appointment was easy and convenient. Fantastic place where we take our 2 year old lab. Doctors are great and caring. Our last visit was to get our dog's teeth looked at. They decided that he didn't need a brushing just yet and saved us the money of putting the dog asleep and having his teeth brushed. The doctors here care about the dogs. Our lab is treated great by the several doctors that we have seen.

As a Director of Sales & Marketing for Hilton Hotels - I have a high standard as it pertains to the service industry; add a beloved dog to the equation and the bar is raised instantaneously. I got a recommendation from a friend to go to Caring Hands Animal Hospital for my two cats. They just need their annual wellness visit and I'm new to the area. Due to my lack of a being a responsible adult and booking an appointment within reasonable time, I contacted Caring Hands to book an appointment for the NEXT day. And... So I do not like Yelp ( I work in restaurants) but wanted to come on and let people know how great the vets and entire staff were at Caring Hands on Glebe road. We brought our elderly chihuahua Foxxy in as she wasn't eating and drinking, they recommended two options and we chose medication/wait and see if she improved. Unfortunately she didn't improve and I called at 7:15 today ( they open at 7:30am) - they not only picked up the phone they also fit Foxxy in at 11am. Just the best. From the moment they answer the phone to my visit everyone is so nice and caring. the front office staff, the techs the Docs. can't say enough good things about them. Never feel rushed and always leave well taken care of by all of them. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for the best place to get loving care of your 4 legged family member. Dr. Robinson is fantastic.

My cat has been happy here with Dr. Robinson - I've had him as her vet for 2 years now. Before her, it was Dr. Sites (who is also good) for our first visit when I adopted my cat. Dr. Robinson really takes the time to listen and make recommendations. He does NOT push for unnecessary procedures, which is something I respect as I visited CHAH Clarendon (a little closer to home for me) today to get a few things checked out that I was concerned about and I was not happy with them at all. Dr. Robinson is amazing. I'd had two less than satisfactory experiences with my dog's vet, so a friend recommended him. He was very kind and took the time to explain the potential illnesses/issues that may be associated with my dog's symptoms. We didn't feel rushed and the staff was terrific as well. By the end of the visit, my dog even gave him a kiss - which never happens with strangers! Needless to say, I'm having my dog's records sent over to Caring Hands today, so Dr. Robinson can be our Vet moving forward.
