This review has been a long time coming. I have been bringing my pooch for close to about an year now and till date I have never had a bad experience. From getting neutered, to having his annual checks and vaccine updates, my dog has had it all at this location without any side effects/ mishaps. I have been taking my dog and cat here for years. All the vets at Caring Hands have been excellent. I'm writing this review today because I had the pleasure of having my dog treated by Dr. Robinson today -- an absolutely fantastic vet. He was very thorough, has a great "bedside manner," and explained things really well. It's hard to go wrong with any of the vets at Caring Hands, but Dr. Robinson is truly exceptional.

Dr. Nagel completed health certificates for our cat and dog to move to the UK with us. She was very knowledgeable on this subject and was accommodating of all of my nervous requests for extra information to be included "just in case." She gave a lot of insight as to common issues that people have when attempting to relocate their pets, which helped us prepare. This is a great vet! I had tried a few others in the Arlington/Falls Church area and CHAH has the best pricing and the best doctors and staff! I have a 16 y/o jack russell and everyone here is always super sweet and gets my little old doggy everything that she needs whether that be prescriptions or treats. Very happy with the service in person and over the phone. Appointments can sometimes take a few days to book b/c they can get busy so just don't wait till the last minute. Love this place! I can't always get an appointment as quickly as I'd like (they always seem to be super busy) but all the docs are great and the prices are surprisingly fair. Great neighborhood vet!

We have been taking our German Shepherd to Caring Hands for the last 5 years. His wellness visits were always insightful and thorough. The staff never rushed us, and always took the time to answer all of our questions and accommodate us. Scheduling was easy. Never had to wait. We stuck with this vet long after we moved 15 miles down the road and had a dozen other choices. Last week, we took our 12.5 year old pup there for his last visit. Great vet, staff and value! They got us in for a sick appointment the same day and our dog is on the mend. Half the cost of other N Arlington options and much better service. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough nice things about Caring Hands. We have had to take Bodhi, our 7 month old Wheaten mix, several times for various reasons - puppy check up, shots, a skin issue, an eye infection, neutering. Every time we go, he is excited to walk in the door. This is very different from every experience I've had with dogs and vets in the past! I always see many animals and their owners coming in and out of Caring Hands Animal Hospital (CHAH) whenever I am in that particular shopping center, so I decided to give them a try since I have yet to find a vet and a facility that is a good fit for my cat and me.
