I originally visited Caring Hands as a volunteer for a rescue organization. I was impressed with them and decided to bring my new adopted dog. Because she had been adopted within the last 30 days, her wellness check was free. I loved that they were open and transparent about their prices for such things as heart worm preventatives, vaccines and dental work. Better than being surprised at check out! Staff (vet, techs and front desk folks) is kind and professional and I will recommend this group to others.
This vet is amazing and full of super nice staff members. I am a new cat mom and they have been more than happy to answer all my silly questions. They are knowledgeable and provide a lot of resources along with answering my questions and addressing my concerns. My cat doesn’t like being poked but they handle it well and are always nice to him
We love Caring Hands. The staff and doctors are all superb. They have been so kind and make us feel they truly care and know our dog. Communication has been timely and clear. It’s so easy to get appointments, food, and medications. I never feel like we are pushed to make unnecessary tests. They always explain everything clearly and give us options. We couldn’t recommend them more highly. .
Caring Hands has been part of our family since 2007 in Virginia. They're kind, welcoming, attentive and efficient. Their appointment system is easy to work with, and I've never had an issue getting email or phone answers when I've needed them. I highly recommend this team.
First visit to Caring Hands with our 14 year old feline. Staff are excellent: knowledgeable, communicative, and pleasant. Our appointment started right on time and went very smoothly. All aspects of care were equal to or exceeded the numerous veterinarian clinics we have used over our 40 years as pet owners. As new residents of Maryland and living in Montgomery County, we will be regular Caring Hands customers.
