I’ve been taking my dog to Caring hands for around 10 years, and during that time, I’ve recommended their caring services to my sister and close friends with pets. I have never had a negative experience in all my visits. The staff is consistently attentive, friendly, and exceptional in their service. I always feel that my dog receives the best care and treatment possible. Highly recommended!
We love Caring Hands. The staff and doctors are all superb. They have been so kind and make us feel they truly care and know our dog. Communication has been timely and clear. It’s so easy to get appointments, food, and medications. I never feel like we are pushed to make unnecessary tests. They always explain everything clearly and give us options. We couldn’t recommend them more highly. .
I originally visited Caring Hands as a volunteer for a rescue organization. I was impressed with them and decided to bring my new adopted dog. Because she had been adopted within the last 30 days, her wellness check was free. I loved that they were open and transparent about their prices for such things as heart worm preventatives, vaccines and dental work. Better than being surprised at check out! Staff (vet, techs and front desk folks) is kind and professional and I will recommend this group to others.
Been bringing my cats here for many years now. I have welcomed new feline members of my family at Caring Hands and said goodbye to them at Caring Hands. The staff and doctors are unfailingly gracious, dedicated, and transparent, and are easily reachable by phone or email whether you need a quick question answered or a copy of your records. I’ve been taking my mini labradoodle, Rusty, to Caring Hands Animal Hospital in Rockville for her entire 5 years of life, and I can’t say enough good things about this practice. The quality of care has always been outstanding, the facility is clean and the staff—from the front desk team to the lab technicians and doctors—are consistently pleasant, professional, and compassionate.
