Standard cafe fare for Laughlin, but if you look at the menu you can basically get a second meal for a dollar. Works great for couples, or friends (as long as you keep it to even numbers). Food was above average, with the meatloaf being a standout. Ray served our group and hustled all night long, although he did show some reluctance to visit the bar for mixed drinks. Beer and sodas were no problem. Don't put a mixed drink menu on the table, if it's really not available.

We've really enjoyed getting to know Lupe she's grown so much on us! She is always so sweet, kind, and an absolute pleasure whenever she takes our order. Her positive attitude and warm personality make every visit better. Lupe would be a fantastic addition as a server. She's awesome, very personable, and truly knows how to make customers feel welcome. We always look forward to seeing her at Carnegie's Dining Cafe in Laughlin, Nevada!

DJ at Tropicana's Carnegie Café is truly exceptional. He is kind, friendly, and always approachable, making every visit feel welcoming and comfortable. Omg! Ate here twice , once for dinner, back for breakfast! Where can you get 1 meal regular price $17.99 and another for $1 !! Wait help was very helpful. Food was plentiful and delicious! Ordered meatloaf with mashed potatoes & gravy.. very tasty

Camiren is such a beautiful addition to Carnegies Cafe. She is absolutely the sweetest, kindest and awesome employee. She is calm, focused, and always makes us feel warm and fuzzy. She has always provided excellent service no matter where she's attended us. Great Job!

Customer Service is such a critical element of a successful business. Carnegies is the main cafe at Tropicana hence the bar is set quite high. Monique is an excellent employee and let me say her personality, vibe, attitude, adaptability, empathy, patience, ability to stay calm under pressure and probably one of the most respectful managers I have come across in every food location at both Harrahs and Tropicana. Way better than I expected! Service was fast and friendly. Coffee was fresh--served with a carafe at the table for quick refills. Prices are decent for a casino. Ambiance is casino cafe, clean and comfortable but nothing exciting. The chicken fried steak breakfast was very basic and certainly not extravagantly presented, but it was tasty and hit the spot. Breakfast and dinner here were both great. Service was great both meals. The breakfast seems a little pricey for what you get and getting charged $3 for cheese added to my Denver omelette was definitely too high. Dinner was really tasty. The side salads are very large and good. The fried chicken dinner and ribeye were both very delicious. Service at breakfast and dinner were fast and friendly. They accept comps as well.
