The food was good. The servers were A1!! Rob and Jackie, amazing friendly good people. For sure will be back if we stay at Tropicana again. Thank you Jackie and Rob. True definition of good service.

Amber (Manager on duty)and Charmene (waitress)are spot on professional. As an individual who works in the restaurant industry I appreciate their collective strengths. One of the most welcoming was both their smiles. It added to the overall experience my group of three had. The food was delicious, hot, and cooked to desired doneness. My Girlfriend and I stayed the weekend at the Tropicana Laughlin and frequented this place for breakfast and a dinner! Great choice by any means! The food was simply great, the best chicken fried steak I have ever had! In addition, the customer service was always on point and the servers always were sure to acknowledge us from our previous dining time! Keep up the great job everyone!

Warm service & yummy food service was very good, and our server Sherry was so nice & very hospitable. Enjoying my steak & shrimp lunch, and the 10 dollar Comp the Tropicana gives is a plus.

Pam is a great server and Katherine is a great host/cashier. We had a nice chat with her. Such a nice lady. Pam was quick to serve us an even told us the special. Just great give them a raise We can be night owls and night owls get hungry. We had the country fried steak and eggs. So yummy we will definitely come back.

They sat us down pretty quick, as well as our beverages. The hot cocoa I ordered was very tasty and hot. The waitresses were very kind and friendly, except for the guy he seemed like he was in a bad mood or in a rush. I noticed we weren't the only ones that had a problem with the guy as I over heard the couple sitting next to us. They left a tip for the woman but didn't want the man to have it. Had a good experience, waitresses are always polite and food is always good. Definitely would suggest this place for a comfortable place to eat. Try the teriyaki burger, This place is very good to eat, waitresses are very nice and polite but cooks cannot get the order right at all, this would be the fourth time now at this restaurant and they got my order wrong again, it's not like I didn't give them a chance

I enjoyed Carnegie's. My brisket sandwich was good, fries were good. Wife had the Rueben, I liked it, she said it was okay. Breakfast looked good and they are open 24 hours. The only bad thing about the restaurant is it is very smoky. If you are bothered by cigarette smoke then you will probably want to dine somewhere else.
