We just purchased, and had a wood floor installed in our living room. This was a Summerset Classic Eng. 3 i/4" Natural Red Oak product. The purchasing process with Carpetland was smooth and cost efficient. The installers were very knowledgeable and and efficient. Overall, we were very pleased and would highly recommend!
Troy offered amazing customer service throughout the entire process. Friendly from the moment we walked in the door. Informative about the different carpet options. Helpful with any questions we had. Carpetland is my store when I need flooring. The selection is great and the service is always excellent. This time,we were helped by Anthony and Joe. They are dedicated to making sure you get what you're looking for and are knowledgeable and professional. Our new carpet was installed in less than 2 weeks from our visit to the store. Installation was seamless(lol).
Bruce in Kenosha was professional, friendly, and offered valuable suggestions. Mike did a fantastic job with a set of rickety old stairs and Oscar was cheerful and speedy installing the carpeting. Nice job, fellas!

Very happy with our experience replacing our flooring in our kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room, foyer. Conrad was very helpful with all our questions and concerns. Very professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend and be a return customer great selection and choices.
