About 10 days ago I scheduled a HSP appointment for today (refrigerator repair), since I knew I would have the day off this day. The appointment was for "sometime between 8 AM and 4 PM". I stayed home the entire time to be sure not to miss the technician since I have had it happen in the past that the tech calls me as he's sitting in my driveway and I am running errands thereby needing to drop everything and get home ASAP (I thought they were supposed to call 30 minutes out). Very frustrated with HSP...called on 10/7/19 for gas range repair and first available appt was 10/15 from 4-8 pm. Took off work to be home on time, called at 7:15 on 10/15, waited 15 minutes on hold and found out dispatch changed appt time without notification to me for 10/22 from 4-8 pm. - another week out - that is not acceptable. I had Patrick Dugan come out to measure and give me an estimate on a gas fireplace insert. When he showed up my contractor was here and they were able to come up with a solution for my type of fireplace. Patrick was very knowledgeable and he took the time to answer all my questions. After he left I had a couple more questions and he was happy to answer those as well. He is very professional and I appreciate the great customer service he provided.

This is a scheduling NIGHTMARE! You pay a high monthly rate to cover spring and fall maintenance. Called in June for my spring maintenance and couldn't get an appointment until the end of August. They give you a window of 2-8 so of course you have to adjust plans to be available and home. After they rescheduled us TWICE we are now at the end of September and still haven't completed our spring maintenance. Thank you Sundeep for helping me with my HVAC purchase, you were really professional and gave us exactly what we needed for the right price. Sundeep was very thorough with his questions and at no time did I feel like he was pressuring me, he was only matching the products with needs that I had. You pay a high monthly rate, then when you need service you wait at least a week. They then give you an 8 hour window to wait for them to show up. If you're so fed up you want to cancel, they charge you for whatever service you have had, charged at a high rate. This used to be a reasonable, reliable service.

Still no new bill, even though 11 days have passed since Amy said I would get it. Still waiting on my thermostat. Worst company!!! Do not purchase from them!

worst customer service ever-waste of time and money plus had to take 1 day off work only to find out tech did not repair properly. when i called to let them know they said i would have to wait another week before he could come back out plus have to waste another day not working. never attempted to make the situation right. do not even consider this program-it is a complete headache and waste of money!

My AC stop working . I called them on 6/28 /19 in the middle of the heat wave. they said they can not give me service till 7/8/19! they did not care about how much I have paid them for many years. I talked to their supervisor who cared even less. I have been paying around 70$/month for many years and in couple of occasion I needed the service they did not show up or had long away appointment.
