Called in June for my spring maintenance and couldn't get an appointment until the end of August. They give you a window of 2-8 so of course you have to adjust plans to be available and home. You pay a high monthly rate, then when you need service you wait at least a week. They then give you an 8 hour window to wait for them to show up. If you're so fed up you want to cancel, they charge you for whatever service you have had, charged at a high rate. This used to be a reasonable, reliable service.

worst customer service ever-waste of time and money plus had to take 1 day off work only to find out tech did not repair properly. when i called to let them know they said i would have to wait another week before he could come back out plus have to waste another day not working. never attempted to make the situation right. do not even consider this program-it is a complete headache and waste of money!

My AC stop working . I called them on 6/28 /19 in the middle of the heat wave. they said they can not give me service till 7/8/19! they did not care about how much I have paid them for many years. I talked to their supervisor who cared even less. I have been paying around 70$/month for many years and in couple of occasion I needed the service they did not show up or had long away appointment. Home Service plus and Brandon Geyen have been a godsend. Our AC went out and he was so helpful about the whole thing and gave us some great options to consider. Really appreciated his honesty and assistance with the whole project. Would recommend him in a second along with home service plus!

If it were possible to give Home Service Plus 0 stars, I would. We've been paying customers for 4 years. The fall and spring appliance check-ups are part of our plan. They are supposed to come out in the fall to check on the furnace, etc., and in the spring to check on the AC, etc. Out of 8 appointments, they have yet to actually come on the day scheduled.
