Thank you Sundeep for helping me with my HVAC purchase, you were really professional and gave us exactly what we needed for the right price. Sundeep was very thorough with his questions and at no time did I feel like he was pressuring me, he was only matching the products with needs that I had. I have been very happy with Centerpoint Energy's Service and I would absolutely recommend Sundeep at Centerpoint Energy to anyone.

You pay a high monthly rate, then when you need service you wait at least a week. They then give you an 8 hour window to wait for them to show up. If you're so fed up you want to cancel, they charge you for whatever service you have had, charged at a high rate. This used to be a reasonable, reliable service.

Still no new bill, even though 11 days have passed since Amy said I would get it. Still waiting on my thermostat. Worst company!!! Do not purchase from them!

worst customer service ever-waste of time and money plus had to take 1 day off work only to find out tech did not repair properly. when i called to let them know they said i would have to wait another week before he could come back out plus have to waste another day not working. never attempted to make the situation right. do not even consider this program-it is a complete headache and waste of money!

My AC stop working . I called them on 6/28 /19 in the middle of the heat wave. they said they can not give me service till 7/8/19! they did not care about how much I have paid them for many years. I talked to their supervisor who cared even less. I have been paying around 70$/month for many years and in couple of occasion I needed the service they did not show up or had long away appointment. Day 0: Request repair of dryer; first available appt - day 9. Day 9: Tech advises part is broken, orders part. Day 13: Part arrives, first available appt to install - day 23. Day 23: No show; schedule new appointment - first available - day 30. Day 30: No show; voicemail notice; they reschedule for next day. I call to complain. Home Service plus and Brandon Geyen have been a godsend. Our AC went out and he was so helpful about the whole thing and gave us some great options to consider. Really appreciated his honesty and assistance with the whole project. Would recommend him in a second along with home service plus!

If it were possible to give Home Service Plus 0 stars, I would. We've been paying customers for 4 years. The fall and spring appliance check-ups are part of our plan. They are supposed to come out in the fall to check on the furnace, etc., and in the spring to check on the AC, etc. Out of 8 appointments, they have yet to actually come on the day scheduled. Amy replied to my post about not replacing secondary heat exchange....not under warranty ( and she said it takes 2 men, 7 hours to replace. Well, mine was under warranty (40 years) and it took Pronto Heating with 1 guy, 4 1/2 hours. So I don't know where you get your guys, but he was excellent. You need to do your research on Bryant warranties. It did not cost anywhere near what a new furnace would cost.
