* 1st time AC tune-up was scheduled for 05.02.2022, at CenterPoint rep's direction. Service window was set @ 8:00AM - 13:00PM. * As obligated, we have paid $73.90 for both March & April. * Service tech was a 'No call, No show' on 05.02.2022. * Concerned, we called in @ approx. 14:47PM. I would give them a zero. I have had 3 appointments where no one shows up. No one calls. When I call to find out what happened I talk to someone in Houston. I live in MN. They reschedule and once again no one shows up. You have to give up a whole damn day and no one shows up. I have the parts for my stove to be fixed waiting here for the service tech otherwise I would cancel my service today. You pay each month and get nothing so don't buy this service. It is worthless.

Very unhappy about how they set up their times! We needed to have furnace looked at, nothing pressing, and they told us that someone would come out on Saturday, Feb. 5th, between the hours of 8a.m. and 4p.m., an 8 hour window! Well, needless to say, my husband had to stick close to the house, for when they show up, if they show up! Well, needless to say, after sitting home all day, he received a call at 3:10p.m., saying they wouldn't be able to make it today, but will be out tomorrow, the 6th, between those same hours! Saved 6 grand hiring local for furnace and ac installation. HSP is a joke. They will reschedule you with a robo call 2 min before the window they give you ends.

7/27/21: I notice we no longer have hot water coming out of our spout. I assess the hot water heater and realize the pilot light is no longer working. I successfully light it back on but realize it doesn't stay on so I make a call to HSP. Next appointment is 7/29/21 with this call being listed as "priority" since it is a hot water issue. 48 hrs to wait is reasonable. 7/29/21: Service tech comes out, replaces the pilot light. Great. Don't buy this plan. It took 2 months to repair our oven. They carried no parts in their truck and had to order different parts 3 times to fix it. Each time the parts were shipped to our house and we had to call them to let them know that the parts were here, then they scheduled us in their normal queue. That took about 2 weeks each time. When I asked the phone rep to talk to a dispatcher or manager I was told that wasn't allowed. Why is there not a "0" rating? Waited 2 weeks for an A/C repair during these extremely hot and humid days of July. Waited from 8 am to 6:30 pm the first day- tech put in a defective part and left. The next day was promised a tech would be here between 10 am and 9 pm to fix their error. Called HSP all through the day. No one showed. The next day tech came and ordered a replacement part and promised to be back at 2:00 to install. Never showed. HSP said they would send someone out by 6 pm. No one showed. Was has happened to Home "Service" Plus?? I have been a customer of Home service plus for over 25 years. They had been the best. Recent ly, not so much. My dishwasher Stopped draining two weeks ago. I went on the website and discovered the first opening for service was in two weeks. I booked it. This morning I received a generated call stating that due to circumstances beyond their control, I was being rescheduled till Tuesday morning.
