I have had two scheduled furnace inspections cancelled. The second cancellation put the rescheduled date in January. I called and asked to speak to supervisor. None were available. I was told I would receive a call from one. I never got a call. Now I never have had a problem previously but am concerned that this could become the new normal.

This is the worst investment and con in MN. We had a scheduled appointment to fix a heat pump and window of 12 - 4 for the to come. We took off work and missed a family member funeral to ensure we were home for this appointment. At 4:05 PM, they call to tell us they aren't coming. They offer to reschedule for the following week later in the week so not even convenient. Then we ask to cancel and they want us to pay them a cancellation fee. We had a furnace tune-up scheduled for Nov. 11, 2019, which we had waited for well over a month. On the 11th, after I had taken the day off from work and already been waiting for hours, we received a text stating that due to circumstances beyond their control (like surprise, it's now winter? or we didn't think to have enough workers for the service contracts we've oversold?) that the appointment was unfortunately rescheduled for Dec. 12. Scheduled an appointment to replace a switch on my furnace. Given a window from 4PM-8PM. No call until 8:45PM. Technician showed up at my house at 10:15PM at night. Everyone was in bed asleep! Technician walked downstairs and said they didn't cover a switch replacement, you would need to hire an electrician. Grabbed his tools and left. Terrible customer experience. Understand that other emergencies happen. Could have called sooner and communicated better with your customers. Call, text. Poor score - again.

Absolutely the worst customer care, service and attitude that I have encountered in quite some time. Appoints are booked out, they cancel without warning with no notice. They are extremely inconsiderate and quite frankly, just do not appear to care. Once they canceled, they put me at the bottom of the list instead of back at the top. Long phone queues on the day that they were a no show. They also failed to follow up with a supervisor call when promised. Find another option if you can.

About 10 days ago I scheduled a HSP appointment for today (refrigerator repair), since I knew I would have the day off this day. The appointment was for "sometime between 8 AM and 4 PM". I stayed home the entire time to be sure not to miss the technician since I have had it happen in the past that the tech calls me as he's sitting in my driveway and I am running errands thereby needing to drop everything and get home ASAP (I thought they were supposed to call 30 minutes out). Very frustrated with HSP...called on 10/7/19 for gas range repair and first available appt was 10/15 from 4-8 pm. Took off work to be home on time, called at 7:15 on 10/15, waited 15 minutes on hold and found out dispatch changed appt time without notification to me for 10/22 from 4-8 pm. - another week out - that is not acceptable. Asked Tralee, rep to file a complaint to management for resolution. Planning to have guests over this weekend and need my stove to work by Thursday or sooner!! I had Patrick Dugan come out to measure and give me an estimate on a gas fireplace insert. When he showed up my contractor was here and they were able to come up with a solution for my type of fireplace. Patrick was very knowledgeable and he took the time to answer all my questions. After he left I had a couple more questions and he was happy to answer those as well. He is very professional and I appreciate the great customer service he provided.

This is a scheduling NIGHTMARE! You pay a high monthly rate to cover spring and fall maintenance. Called in June for my spring maintenance and couldn't get an appointment until the end of August. They give you a window of 2-8 so of course you have to adjust plans to be available and home. After they rescheduled us TWICE we are now at the end of September and still haven't completed our spring maintenance.
