I was never called to pick up my vehicle. When I arrived my services and needs were not reviewed with me and the my consultant was gone for the day. My appt was 8 am. He got off at 12. I called for status. The dealership NEVER called me. I am very disappointed.

I bought a brand new Nissan Kicks. After 4 days there was a problem with the breaks and I have to take it to the service department and have it repaired. It took them 6 days before they can repair it. How can a brand new car have problem. I tried calling the office to make a complaint but I was forwarded to voicemail.

Please don't schedule any service appointment at Cerritos Nissan. They just do the car wash and give it back as done. Not even check the tire pressure.

I didn't like the car wasn't washed as it was supposed to and the car noise wasn't fixed!!

A week after getting my car serviced my battery died and they claimed they checked my battery and everything was fine also I noticed my windshield wiper fluid was near empty and they also claimed that they took care of that, so know I'm wondering if my car was even serviced at this point.
