I was unhappy about waiting more than three hours for an oil change, despite having an appointment. It was frustrating to watch Infinity vehicles come and go in the service area while I waited. This experience highlights the fact that even with an appointment, Nissan owners often have to watch Infinity owners receive priority.

Why doesn't it show that the recall is clears on carfax. I've been waiting for about 2 weeks now, I need to register this car, can you hurry this up and say the recall is cleared now sow it can pass brake and lemo inspection.

New battery truck doesn't start up the first try! New brakes truck stops when you push the pedal to the floor not happy with the $2500 paid out! Tech should be fired! My new truck will be TOYOTA!!!!!

I was promised 2 tanks of gas and only got one and they are supposed to tint my front windows but I keep getting the run around about it!

Great service, kept me in loop and went as expected. I wish they had better sewage lines; when I walked in, the place smelled like a toilet. It clearly was the restroom behind them having sewar issues, fix it. Get HEPA fans, how is this sanitary. Great people, hate they had to sit in poo smell.

I am still seeing key system warning When I brought it in, nothing was done about it, stating nothing was found to cause it appearing They were nice, however the warning is still coming on. Today it was on It comes and goes

I called after my service because the tire rotation was done however when I started driving the lights came on that 3 out of 4 tires needed air which means the tires were not checked and they allowed me to leave like that and no one bother to call me back in regards to anything.
