Service advisor Tony Frease was not helpful and lacks customer service skills. Not friendly, not helpful. I do not recommend working with him.

I took mine to have the oil changed and the tire rotated, and then it made a noise when I was moving it.

What service? We did NOT receive any service on that date or any date from Cerritos Nissan! If the said they serviced our car on this date, they are lying!
This was my second oil change and my first purchase and was very disappointed on how much it cost to have an oil change at Nissan of Cerritos. It was over $200 a day later I received a coupon for the same service for like 60 something dollars after the service was done, I feel they overcharged me and I will not get it done there again
I was very disappointed in the fact that this was the first time I was unable to use a coupon for my service because I was not informed ahead of time (during booking my appointment) that I needed to let them know about using coupons. With all of my other visits I have always been able to use any appropriate coupon that I bring with me. I was told in order to use the coupon I had, I would have to cancel my appointment and reschedule. Is this a new policy?
They left trash in my car and now there's a smell that won't come out every time i turn on the ac Very ghetto, you'll see employees with neck tattoos
The problem still exists, car has been taking back several times for the so.e problem.
