Car come out worst than how it was, now it's super slow and it takes forever to reach 65mph . They definitely moved something. I paid to change the oil on the transmission and I really doubt they did it. Very disappointing of this time .

they take forever , never respond or give information i need about my car my recent car is damaged an cant even get help to fix that

On my 1st trip, I received excellent customer service when they ran the diagnostics & realized it was still under warranty at CarMax. When I went back under my extended warranty, the customer service I received was gone instantly. My car was there for 4 days. I called several times for the status, not having anyone return my call all day. I had to facilitate them sending the invoice so I could pick up my car. I truly feel it was because of the extended warranty. I will never go there again.

This was one of the worst buying experiences of my life, it was a very long process and after telling the salesman and sales manager that I was going to my credit union for financing the credit manager ran my credit against my wishes , I got a negative credit report from TD Auto Finance in the mail. It was not necessary to run credit report on a car that you were not going to finance. I will never sit through another episode like the one I experienced at Cerritos Nissan. Ran out of letters.

I thought I was getting a great deal until I was finance from there credit union. I received letter asking for more money down there are a rip off please read contract before sign your contract. make sure you read all detail. 1-5 * no star not Satisfied First class crooks

they didn't check my tires when I got in my car my tire said low tire pressure. they said it would be done same day and it was not done till afternoon on next day! I had to uber with my kids to school and back then again to pick them up and go home. they could of at least gave me a car to use while they had mine

The service advisor was inattentive and was not customer oriented at all. He was not knowledgeable about the service history of the car in spite of the fact that all service maintenance took place at Cerritos Nissan and therefore would have had a record there. Also, the fluids were not topped off as was indicated on the report. For example, the coolant level was in the minus range.

When you trust someone with an investment you want them to take care of it and look out for you and your car. Unfortunately Cerritos nissan looking to force me to spend more money with them lost my buisness. I trusted no one but them with my car and now my car supposedly need 12,000 worth of work and is not drivable. I feel cheated and I will not be returning to Cerritos nissan.
