This was supposed to be a detail car wash an they didn't even vaccum the back seat or take the 3rd row out to apply the protection.

I had service for my car for 30k and they put many maintenance options in the list which wasn't necessary and since I didn't know about it I did but later I got that they did many stuff that wasn't needed. They didn't car wash my car as they said in their list. As a person who doesn't know that much about cars the only thing I could check was wheels air pressure and all 4 numbers were uneven and different with the number they wrote in the check list. I don't come to the store to check my car anymore!

The price that is in the window is supposed to be the sales price, but these people lie to you saying that it is from another car, this happened to me in a base car and they sold it to me as equipped,

Come in for a recall on my dad's 2008 Nissan Frontier where the emblem on the steering wheel can corrode and come off in the event of an impact so I take it to them to fulfill the recall and we spend 5 hours waiting for them to say "yea it looks old we can change it but we don't have the part, we'll call you when we do then come back later" so a few days go and I end up calling them and they say they do have it and I make an appointment and it took them another 4 hours to change the emblem.

What started out as a couple of drops of oil after replacing the right aisle seal is now a flood of oil coming from under the front of the vehicle. I will see my trusted Service Advisor Mon 2/19/24 although I have waited a week due to him being on vacation.

Very disappointed they never wash my van and make some excuses all the time Very expensive of coolant service and I think they don't change the engine oil this time Who knows Very disappointed

I had Cerritos Nissan do a synthetic oil change. Also, I had Cerritos Nissan do a coolant flush. Cerritos Nissan was sloppy with the coolant flush. Cerritos Nissan left coolant all over the motor and radiator. Also, Cerritos Nissan did not refill the coolant. I had to go back the next day and wait over two hours for them to correct their problem of not refilling my coolant. Disappointing.

Did not rotate tires as requested, AGAIN! Did not provide a report of the mulitpoint inspection. Did not return calls. Not going back.
