Cerritos Nissan mis-diagnosed the situation, acknowledged they mis-diagnosed the situation, acknowledged that I shared the correct diagnosis (based on past experience with another Nissan dealership), didn't address the issue, then sent me to another company to deal with the issue.
This vehicle was riddled with smoke. I was standing ten feet away when the employee opened the doors to the rogue sport the smoke smell traveled ten feet to me in one second. They needed to specify this car came from a heavy smoker.

I only go here because it's where I purchased the car from and I was hoping they kept a good record of everything I've taken the car for like oil change or any mechanical issues... recently I took it and everything showed as "green" but like a month later I started having issues with my battery and when I checked it, it had rust and the battery corrosion also the fluids were so low that it was almost dry. They clearly lied about what had been checked or done. I don't think I'll be back here.

Backup camera quit working. I went in three times, first time to have the diagnostics run and a switch to be ordered, second to have it installed (they couldnt because too busy), third time to put in switch. STILL DOES NOT WORK! Quote was $210 for diagnostics plus, plus. Good news is that extended warranty paid. Bad news is that I still have to find someone to fix the problem or ignore it. A local fast service does a good job with oil changes,etc. Extended warranty bill is due and Ill ignore.

When you stopped by our dealership to check on your part we shared that it had just arrived and we would need to schedule an appointment to complete the repair as we were fully booked that day. Well they charge me 1.100 dlls for a service they not provide they supposed to rotate the tires and now the car have electrical problems no happy at all what scam
