I was deeply disappointed by the shoddy complementary car wash. The car came out dripping with water as if they had no towel to wipe it. There was also a wide gap between the notification I received that the car was ready for pick up and the time the car finally came out. Even the customer service ladies at the front were surprised at the long time it took for the car to come out. They stood in the cold with me the entire time as I vented my frustration. Not satisfied at all, they did an inspection to my car for a on going problem and didn't find anything and now my won't run.

Made an appointment for oil change. I showed up 30 minutes early. It took over 3 hours. Normally my car would be washed. They left the plastic seat covering and service tag number in my car. Steering wheel smell like oil, I took a wet wipe and sure enough it was black. I checked my tire pressure when I got home, they were off a couple of pounds. I don't trust that the inspection was completed. There was no check list of items completed. No one told me my tire tread depth, or brake life.
The wait for an oil change took up to 4 hours, then not even the plastics they put on the seats took away from the very poor service.

They are still horrible! They claim they fixed the brakes squealing and the dents, however, brakes are still squealing and while they removed a few dents they refused to make other repairs due to cosmetic flaws that to mention are their fault. They got me on this one as they delivered this car very late at night and the next day I see the paint job, the dents and all these flaws that make the car auction only worthy and for all these months they ignored me and I finally go up there and had to wait from 9am to nearly 4pm. My experience was horrible at Cerritos Nissan.I took it in Wednesday morning for a noise that it was making.they had it for two days only to tell me that they cant figure it out. And they wouldnt be able to look at it for another 3 days when their team would be back. (Which I never took it back) I picked up my car.
