Service took longer than it should have, was then rushed off when car was ready. Seemed like a cafeteria just customer after customer.

Do not get a car here the guy that helped me ran my credit without my approval then lied about it I was using my credit union to get a car and I told him dont run my credit he did it anyways then just stood there looking stupid if your desperate and wanna go there ask for dj hes the best

Did not replace the brakes as promised after they sold me a car with faulty brakes and then the repairs they did do were horrible and not complete. I have been giving them my business for over 3 years but see that means absolutely nothing and they are dishonest.

Car come out worst than how it was, now it's super slow and it takes forever to reach 65mph . They definitely moved something. I paid to change the oil on the transmission and I really doubt they did it. Very disappointing of this time .

On my 1st trip, I received excellent customer service when they ran the diagnostics & realized it was still under warranty at CarMax. When I went back under my extended warranty, the customer service I received was gone instantly. My car was there for 4 days. I called several times for the status, not having anyone return my call all day. I had to facilitate them sending the invoice so I could pick up my car. I truly feel it was because of the extended warranty. I will never go there again.

This was one of the worst buying experiences of my life, it was a very long process and after telling the salesman and sales manager that I was going to my credit union for financing the credit manager ran my credit against my wishes , I got a negative credit report from TD Auto Finance in the mail. It was not necessary to run credit report on a car that you were not going to finance. I will never sit through another episode like the one I experienced at Cerritos Nissan. Ran out of letters.

I thought I was getting a great deal until I was finance from there credit union. I received letter asking for more money down there are a rip off please read contract before sign your contract. make sure you read all detail. 1-5 * no star not Satisfied First class crooks
