Should have read these reviews before the salesman came. Champion windows customer service is terrible, leave messages and no return calls. Ordered windows and waited 8 weeks, when they arrived one was wrong size. Had to wait another 8 weeks for replacement. When the correct window arrived and was installed in realized it was one of the tempered windows and was installed im the wrong location. I ordered Champion windows on June 13 2024; I was told installation would be scheduled in 8 weeks. The installers showed up in September with the incorrect size windows. I had called and emailed Champion after the installers left. I did not hear anything from the company until mid October. I will never use champion again. I have been paying for windows since July 2024 and have been told I will not have my windows installed until January or February 2025. I spent $75,000.00 dollars on windows and sliding doors in April of 2024.There are several issues with things during the installuation.Chanpion will not fix anything yet but promis to come in next few months!!! It has been six months later. Why don't I get my money back if they don't follow through with the contract we agreed upon????

Champion siding of Wichita Ks is absolutely horrible. We have had nothing but problems with getting repairs done since we had siding installed in late 2023. Been put off of getting any of the repairs done since March of 2024. This is now October 2024 an still have not had any repairs done. This company will do a bad bad job on getting things fixed. ABSOLUTELY FED UP!

We ordered ours in April, they finally came yesterday. Two windows were wrong size so none were installed. When I called back few months ago to Chris…..no response. No call back. Now I’m dealing with Cam. He seems better, does answer phone. Still waiting for patio doors. Communication is absolutely horrible. And salesman and installer insisted on talking politics after we told them NO!

I am unhappy with Champion's construction of the sunroom on my deck. It has been in the process of being done for over 5 weeks. I still have not received when they would come to complete the job. They reordered the glass to complete the project. No one informed me on when they would install them. There was damage done to the stucco on my exterior walls. They can't fix them. The contractor made a mess on my ceiling and cut the ridges too short. Originally the sliding doors would not lock. Thankfully a repair man came and work... read more

I signed a contract with Champion Windows in February 2024 for an enclosure on my deck, but the experience has been marked by delays, poor communication, and shockingly unprofessional behavior.Timeline and Key Issues:February 8, 2024: Signed a contract for the enclosure. They are the worst! Came out 9 times because they broke windows they were installing. They didn't inset some windows so they stuck out about 2-3” away from the house, when they were installing the windows they only sealed 1/2 the window, the screens they replaced are complete trash, we had them replace the inside window seals and they tore up our walls because they didn’t cut around the seal before ripping it out and the wood they used was the cheapest stuff they could find. I had a terrible experience with champion windows I waited forever for my windows which never came in because they couldn’t honor the contract. Very bad salesman. I’m still waiting for my refund of my money I’ve already paid. Just a terrible experience. I would like to let everyone know so they don’t deal with a company that does this too the customer.
