Recieved quote for a sunroom. Price stared at ******..then miraculously ended at ******. This is highway robbery at its best....if u pay this much u should take that money and move to a new home with a sunroom

If I could give zero stars, I would. This has been the absolute worst experience Ive ever had with a home service company. My window replacement was covered under my home warranty due to a simple crack, yet it took over two years and at least five failed attemptsand they still never fixed it.Some of their many mistakes:Ordered the wrong size glass twice.Provided sashes in the wrong color.Showed up with just the glass (after all that).Never called back or kept me updated, sometimes going months with no communication.Even clos... read more

I purchased 12 new windows back in 2017 which I'm still paying on,and these windows have Not held up like I'd hoped with your reputation.. Seals on both dining room and bedroom windows are loosing heat as you can well see! Some of the window latches are hard to latch until I realized the upper window always comes down a bit when I raise the lower one for fresh air so I have to push it back up then the latches work. I have hesitated to leave a review but the windows along with the shotty caulking work has me so disppointed!!!... read more

Horrible Horrible service - the reps are rude and I had siding put up. They broke one of my windows. They replaced the panel and not the window. I could never open this window again. Also I had storm door installed and the screen are cheap. Poor quality and poor service. Do not have door siding or windows done by Champions ever.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a sunroom in June 2024, and was told it would be completed by the end of summer. Nothing was happening, so I tried repeatedly to contact the service rep and either I got no response or I was told that they would "look into it," but would not hear back. This went on for months. very disappointed with this company. I bought windows for my entire house mainly because of their "Warranty". Customer service is plain awful. I have been waiting for months for them to replace my screens they installed to short on the bottom causing obvious issues. They keep telling me I am next on their list. look them up and their reviews on ******and do yourself a favor and go with a reliable window company that you will invest thousands of dollars with

I would never recommend them to anyone.We had a sales person come to our home in September of 2024. They said the window would be ready around 14th of Oct. We never heard from them. We called mid Oct. to see what was going on. They said they lost the order and will have to submit a new order. I received a text on Oct. 29th stating "Your window order has been placed and is being built in our factory. Champion windows I would never recommend them to any anyone. I had a sunroom built and had all kinds of problems. My new sunroom is shorter then my old one cause they apparently don’t know how to measure. They don’t return calls when you call them. I have been having problems with my sliding glass door and have been trying to get someone out to fix it for a month now and still no one has came to fix it. They ****big time.

Had an appointment and no one showed up or called. Unable to contact their customer service. While waiting I researched their "Buy two, get two free" promotion. Fine print says you must purchase product at time of estimate to get this offer.
