I submitted window service in January of 2024. Two fogged up window to be replaced and 2 large picture windows to be remounted, because they were pulling out of the house. They came out and ordered the 2 replacement windows. They came back and replaced only one window the other did not fit and had to reorder that one. Terrible company to deal with. Quality of the windows and patio door, along with the installation were substandard. Good luck getting ahold of anyone that cares in the company. I would never recommend using them.

They came out and took measurements to replace bad windows. They called in July and said they would come out soon. We called them last week for an update since it is now September. They said they were just now working on it. They said they would call back ***** hours later, never got a return call. We have called multiple times and they never return the call.

Signed a huge 75k+ contract with them in January. Took multiple months to get them out to the house to do their final measurements. Super poor communication the whole time. By July, still hadnt even pulled the permits or ordered the windows. Refused to return my deposit on multiple occasions despite not following through on their end, because its been more than 3 days since the contract was signed. Contract super vague and predatory. In 2012, I was recently widowed so invested in more secure windows and doors. At the time, the salesman told me their warranty covered pretty much everything, best in the business... I fell for it and purchased new exterior doors, windows and siding. A huge investment. Fast forward to last year, there was a problem with one of the storm doors only to find out "not in the warranty". My windows and door were installed in July!!!! Total cost was almost $28,000 and the door will not shut and lock! I call/text Khandice at their customer service department as well as Spencer our sales rep 3-4 times a week! No SERVICE after the sale! Champion Windows takes their money up front and that's the end! What good is a lifetime WARRANTY if you can't get any warranty SERVICE!!!!

Love my Champion Windows BUT not their service. They say lifetime guarantee on the windows and the installation but I'm not getting that. I had my 16 windows installed ~10 years ago. No issues that I knew about until water started leaking inside my house this July. Went outside to look and siding around the window was rotten. Wood under the siding was rotten and moldy. I met with their salesperson on Feb 6, 2024 and told them I wanted french doors with blinds between the glass. They measured the door at the appointment and atain on Feb. 29, 2024, no problem. There is some rotting on the bottom sides of rhe door (reason for replacing door). I had put caulking in the holes to keep water out.
