Had a sunroom put on our house in 2011. In Dec noticed a growing weakness in the flooring near the front door. Called champion for service. They came looked at the soft spot and said it wasn't due to their construction. Suggested we call homeowners insurance. Homeowners came out, looked at the floor and said was not covered. Champion installed windows, roofing and siding. Sales person exaggerated the lifetime warranty aspect as covering anything at all. Not only not true, but they charged $119 for a service call to acknowledge window was defective in April 2024. 3 months later they still havent shown up to fix it. Ive

Reading some reviews I don't think I really have to say my piece! However, its over four months since Champion took my $119 service call payment for some replacement windows. 6-8 weeks originally told! Several calls and get nowhere. Don't trust this company with your money or window order. Beware.

Met with Jamie C****** and signed contract and pd $5900 on May 1st. I was told they'd have the job completed within 2 months. Unfortunately, I didn't get in writing. It's now 10 weeks and they haven't even filed for a building permit. I've made 5 calls to their office starting 6-27 with a promise of a callback from Roy, Brandt, or Dan. It's now 7-12 and no callback. I want out of the contract and get my money back. I do not recommend doing business with this company.

Do not waste your money. Not worth it! Never been so discouraged about spending a bunch of money for NOTHING!!!!!!! Whenever it rains, so many water spots on windows needs washed every time. Then, most of the water spots will not come off the window. Never had this trouble with my old windows. The rain NEVER caused water spots on windows. Then when you go to wash them, the guide falls out of the side and you can't get the window closed all the way. I am not giving them any stars because it was a waste of over $22,000. Our horror story started in May when we called Champion in Ft Collins to fix our screen. They sent a new guy, Steven. He was here over an hour, All he did was really screw it up so that someone else had to come out. Not only that, there are several reschedules because they can't get their act together. They came and decided yo take the door. BIG MISTAKE. Here it is July 9, still no door, and we get contacted that they want to reschedule again from July 10, tomorrow, until July 22. NOT ACCEPTABLE. I ordered and paid for 10 windows. Upon installation, the installer and I noted the kitchen window that was installed was cracked. On 10 Apr 24, the installer ordered a new window. I was told it would take 4-6 weeks. As of 8 Jul 24, I still don't have a replacement window. I am now being told there is a material shortage. Estimated completion now 6-12 weeks additional time. I have had a cracked window since January (under warrenty). They came, measured for a new one . It is now JULY and it has still not been replaced. They finally called and scheduled the repair for end of June. They sent emails and texts confirming the date of the repair and time frame of 4 hours. I rescheduled my work so I could be there, they no showed without a call or text. I have since called 4 times and emailed. Horrible customer service and it takes 90 days for them to come out to repair something. You cannot even speak to someone in the Columbia SC office.
