I met with their salesperson on Feb 6, 2024 and told them I wanted french doors with blinds between the glass. They measured the door at the appointment and atain on Feb. 29, 2024, no problem. There is some rotting on the bottom sides of rhe door (reason for replacing door). I had put caulking in the holes to keep water out. I was told that all that would be fixed when the door was installed. Door was suppose to be installed in June. Started off fine with a patio slider door replacement. Six weeks for production didn't bother as it's pretty standard and a custom made item. Brought the wrong type of screen door with them. Installer mentioned they would order a new one and come put it on when it was ready. This was on July 25th. After several phone calls with no response and two emails asking when the slider might be ready we finally called the corporate office who said we'd get a call back within 24-48 business hours. Champion Windows mat be good but their Customer Service LEAVES ALOT TO BE DESIRED, THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN IT COMES TO REPAIRS! We started a ticket in April for replacement of two windows with broken seal, have checked on process several times, got lip service. Spoke to Rep early August, was told windows shipped Aug 5th and would take 1-2 weeks to arrive. Today is Sep 3rd & no call to set up installation! Champion Windows will not do right. We put 1/2 money down when speaking with the sales rep who came to our home in 2021. The install was pushed back, we were going to cancel due to other home repairs that came up but they insisted they would work with us on the balance and we decided to go ahead. The installers removed our trim from our windows and threw them away. I had contacted install manager, sale rep, billing to get this worked out. We have been waiting for 11 months for repair and replacement windows which is covered under the lifetime warranty. The gable front of our home is all glass and the design which Champion did the engineering on. They are leaking and about to fall out of their frame, they are supposed to be able to repair it with some brackets, should they fall into the home someone will be hurt or seriously injured. They will not warranty several failed windows because we didnt transfer the warranty to our name when we bought a house with all brand new champion windows. If the product was quality they would not have failed. If the company had integrity they would not try to get out of warranty on their product over a piece of paper not being filled out.

I put in 8 Champion windows in 1991 guarantee for life but in 2024 they do not make the windows that I have now and cannot fix the locks on the windows and want me to buy new windows .

We sat with the Champion rep in March and ordered a patio door. The door came in twice and was made incorrectly each time. It never made it to our home as the company discovered it was wrong before it made it here. We have tried calling the company and emailing them multiple times to ask to speak to a manager. The company WILL NOT return our call. The only time we hear from them is to tell us the order came in incorrectly. The company has our money except for the final payment. From the beginning terrible !!!!! There is no communication with the process, and their customer service for correcting problems with the windows or fixing installation mistakes is terrible. On the day of the installation, I noticed that they were running to get everything done without regard to details or the product. I observed that some of the windows were not straight, and in others, the frame was scratched. They were sliding the windows against the concrete floor.
