PLACED ORDER END OF MAY 2024, WITH A *** THAT CAME TO HOUSE PROMISING AMAZING SERVICE, TIMELY INSTALLATION....CHECKED ALL THE ********* FULL YEAR LATER, WE ARE INCOMPLETE. ONE SPECIFIC WINDOW REMAINS UNDONE....AS OF TODAY, IT IS HAVING TO BE REORDERED FOR ABOUT THE 4TH TIME TO TRY TO GET IT CORRECT. We placed an order for new windows in July 2024, with measurements conducted in August. The installation was originally scheduled for November, but due to incorrect measurements, it had to be postponed. The windows were reordered in November, and installation was completed in December. Following the installation, we encountered issues with several screens that required repairs. Despite specifically requesting a high-quality installation, the workmanship fell short of expectations. Buyer beware!! The only part of our experience that has gone smoothly was the sales pitch… My wife and I purchased windows from Champion around Black Friday 2024. We had work begin at our home Wednesday January 29th. Two windows were broken either upon install or in transit. This was nearly 12 weeks ago. On Friday February 14th, we had a technician out to repair some work. That was over 9 weeks ago. Disappointed and Frustrated – Poor Workmanship and Even Worse Customer Service I expected better from a company that markets itself as a quality provider. Champion Windows forces you to finance through a third-party company, so you’re locked into payments and late fees—even if the work isn’t done properly or finished at all. I saw the commercial and thought I would get a price quote. A salesman spent 1.5 hours reviewing their windows' superior performance. The salesman left, and I never heard from them again. I called and texted them and still never received a quote. If I could not get a price quote, I can only imagine how bad it would be to get the windows installed. No thanks! I recommend going with another company.

Paid for a replacement slider stationary window in December 2024. Wrong window delivered and was told it would be 8-10 weeks to replace. Told by voice mail they wanted to schedule service more than 10 days ago and have left MULTIPLE return voice mails to no avail. Customer service is non-existent! This company doesn't care if you aren't buying new.

Ordered whole house set of 32 windows in late 2023. Windows came in and were installed on 1-2 Apr 2024. Installers were great. Had five lower sashes that needed to be replaced due to manufacturing, handling or shipping defects. Those were ordered supposedly but we never heard from Champion's Rep locally in ****** ******GA. Had to follow-up and follow-up to finally get the replacements in. When installer came on 8 Oct 2024 to install, discovered three of the sashes ordered where the wrong size and they had to reorder. I purchased the windows and the day of installation one sliding window screen frame was damaged and not installed, another sliding window screen has a hole in and not rescreened. A double hung window bottom frame has a crack when installed. I have submitted tickets and have called and never heard back from Champion Windows. My advice is not to use this company as they talk a game but don't deliver on time or tickets or customer service.

I recently had windows installed and I have many complaints, they are holding water, not level, and hard to open. I anm currently waiting (2 months later) to get the problems fixed. Also I was informed I had 18 months same as cash and turns out I was lied to on that and had to pay late fees because I was unaware of a payment. I contacted my sales person and she now says she cant do anything and gives me the financial companys phone number. I do NOT recommend using champion as your window provider
